What is the Recovance ArcStretch?
A fully adjustable back-stretching arch you lie back over for a few minutes a day. It's designed to help you gently stretch and loosen a lower back that's stiff and tight from long hours of sitting — on your own schedule, at home.
How do I use it?
Set the arch to its lowest height, place it on the floor or a firm surface, sit in front of it, and slowly lie back so the arch supports the curve of your lower back. Relax there for 5–10 minutes. As your back loosens over days and weeks, raise the arch in small increments whenever you're ready for a deeper stretch.
Will it hurt? It looks intense.
Start at the lowest setting — that's the method, not a compromise. The arch begins at a gentle, barely-there curve, and the soft silicone centre cushion eases the contact. If it ever feels like too much, lower the arch or place a towel over it. Deeper stretch is something you earn over weeks, not something to force on day one.
How adjustable is it, exactly?
Fully adjustable — the arch height moves continuously with no fixed stages, so you can raise it in increments as small as you like using the detachable lever.
Is it sturdy?
The frame is reinforced PP/ABS and supports up to 150 kg (330 lb).
What are the massage nodes and magnetic points?
The surface carries 112 acupressure massage nodes that press along the muscles on either side of your spine as you relax back, plus built-in magnetic acupressure points. These are physical features of the surface — part of what makes the few minutes on the arch feel like more than lying on the floor.
Who should not use it?
This is a wellness and stretching product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you have a back condition, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker or other implanted device (the surface contains magnets).
What colours does it come in?
Green with Black, Blue, or Pink accents.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and most arrive within roughly 1–2 weeks of the order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
