Damaged, defective, wrong, or never-arrived items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, isn't what you ordered, or never shows up, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — no return required. Email support@recovance.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and, for damage or defects, a photo. We'll sort it out fast.

How refunds are processed

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it before it enters processing. After processing begins we may not be able to stop the shipment, but our 60-night money-back guarantee still applies once it arrives.
