Where we ship

Recovance currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. We include complimentary express shipping — the price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping charges added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

With free express shipping, estimated delivery is typically 1–3 business days within Canada after processing, and a few business days longer for U.S. cross-border orders. Most orders arrive within roughly 1–2 weeks of the order date.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier backlogs, weather, and peak periods can extend delivery. We'll always help you track down a delayed order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, or if your tracking hasn't updated, email us at support@recovance.com and we'll look into it.

Lost, delayed, or never-arrived orders

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window, contact us at support@recovance.com with your order number. We'll either resend your order or issue a refund — see our refund policy for details.
